Market Access Team Assistant/Coordinator

Right now we are looking forCoordinatorforMarket Accessdepartment–critical businessfunction with responsibilities such assupporting reimbursement processes,arranging agreements and necessary formal approvals, etc. Serves as administrative link betweenfield based Access Team and Office.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordination of agreementswithHTA and PR agencies,
- Processing necessary formal approvals (Veeva) for Market Access projects
- Providing support connected with ongoingreimbursement processesin applicable systems(SOLR)and documentation management
- Supporting Department Head in calendar planning and expense reconciliations
- Close day to day cooperation withall Market AccessTeam members, incl.administrativesupport forapprovals and agreements
- Collaboration with other teams (esp. Medical, Finance,Marketing) to ensure project execution and administration
You are required to:
- Have the minimum of 2 years of experience on similar positionpreferablyin innovative, pharmaceutical company
- Have strong communication skills for internal networking and external communication with vendors and stakeholders
- Present high ethical standards and values
- Be fluent in written and spoken English (C1 minimum)
- Be well-organized, areliabletime manager and deliver to deadlines
